COMIC-CON 2007 begins tomorrow and I’m there all weekend with GMMR and some other TV Bloggers for the biggest group of television panels a fan could dream of.

The dish on new shows like Pushing Daisies, Chuck, Bionic Woman, Reaper, Moonlight, Journeyman, and many more? Want a podcast chock full of these goodies? Well, keep checking back all weekend as I’ll try and post some updates each night.
Want to follow me all day, Thursday through Sunday while I try and get Lee Pace naked? Follow me on TWITTER! There’s also a Twitter panel on the right hand sidebar. Check back for updates throughout the day, all day, all weekend!

May the force be with you or something dorky like that!

This weekend, TVGuide’s Pooper Scooper Michael Ausiello got to sit down with SUPERNATURAL Creator and Exec. Producer Eric Kripke to hash out some of the online rumors that are spreading.
It all began when casting of two female “regulars” was announced. Fans freaked the frak out! How could Kripke introduce two “love interests”? How can they mess up the dynamics of the show? How could they, how could they, how could they? I didn’t think anything because I wanted to know more about these girls. Who are these two women coming to possibly temp our beloved Winchester boys?
Ruby (played by Katie Cassidy) is a demon hunter who’s a bit of a loose cannon. Bela (love the name btw - played by Lauren Cohen) is a sort of demon arms dealer. She works in amulets and other magical trinkets on the black market.
So, what does Eric Kripke have to say about these girls and what does he have to say to all of us rabid fans?
Eric Kripke: First of all, I love our fans. I love them to death. I love how passionate they are. But they tend to worry unnecessarily. They tend to get stressed before they have a chance to judge the finished product. We are so conscious and aware of our fans. We’re making the show for the fans; we’re not making the show for the network. We would never do anything to betray them. I’m not saying we’re perfect. I’m not saying we don’t make mistakes. But we’re very conscious and aware. And when we do make mistakes, we course-correct. So if I can get any message to them, it’s, ‘Don’t worry. We’re making choices based on what’s best creatively for the show.
Kripke: …The trick, we feel, is to introduce them as fleshed-out characters with their own inner lives, and then see what develops. And the other thing is, the girls are very separate and very different. And very rarely are they in the same episode, because they’re each serving very different story lines. Ruby (Katie Cassidy) is this demon hunter, who is ruthless and a little crazy and rough around the edges, and doesn’t share the same moral conscience that either of the boys share. A little unhinged in that way. There’s going to be a big twist about Ruby very early on. As early as Episode 2 you’re going to learn something very fascinating about Ruby.
And what about Bela?
Kripke: Bela (Lauren Cohan) is actually something we never presented on Supernatural before, which is someone who lives in this world who actually isn’t a hunter. She’s a thief and a mercenary. And all of these amulets and magical objects that the boys are always stealing and using to fight creatures are actually worth a lot of money. And there’s someone to buy and sell them. And she’s really not interested in the altruistic or obsessed or revenge-minded motives of hunting. She’s interested in a free-market economy and making a buck. She’s in it for herself. That’s someone they’ve really never come across before. ‘I don’t really care if you stop that ghost, I want that amulet,’ which if she disappears with it, the boys are screwed.

It’s been two very long weeks without my obsession for SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE being quenched. Luckily it’s back on Wednesday night and not only will I be watching with baited breath, I’ll be over at GMMR’s house watching and podcasting so it should be triple fun.
So wanna know who danced what tonight at the taping of So You Think You Can Dance Week 4? **SPOILERS AHEAD**
Matt Webb Mitovich at TVGuide is reporting that this week’s Guest Judge will be Hairspray Director/Choreographer Adam Shankman. In addition, Thursday night’s elimination round of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE will feature a group routine choreographed to “You Can’t Stop The Beat.”
Didn’t we get that last year? I still remember Donyelle in that yellow dress…
And sadly, it gets worse folks. Apparently Hilary Duff will be performing a song. Sorry, I just vomited in my mouth.

I was lucky enough to get an advance copy of tonight’s episode of THE CLOSER entitled “Ruby.” Remember how last week was such a fun, light, comical episode? It was just something to distract you from the hell on earth coming tonight. Yes, this is a Special Episode of The Closer but not in that we all learn a lesson kind of way.
“Ruby” follows Priority Homicide as they are called to a missing persons case of an 8 year old girl named Ruby Williams. This case involves not only multiple police forces but the FBI and Fritz once again works closely with Brenda and Co. Think Without a Trace times 10.

While this is not really a spoiler, its good to see that Kristin over at E! is reporting that Shonda Rhimes is in a pickle about what to do with the hideously bad pairing of George and Izzie. Amen Shonda, I hope you have nightmares over it because its hands down one of the worst things you’ve allowed happen on the show. FIX IT! Period.
If you’re interested in some mild BATTLESTAR GALACTICA SPOILERS for the upcoming final season, head on over to my friend The TV Addict for the latest scoop directly from the set.

Every Tuesday morning I wish I spent the night before in Los Angeles if only so I could have seen the taping of this week’s SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. We’re entering Week 3 and I’m getting more excited as the time passes.
Last week we lost Jimmy and Faina, the week before Ricky and Ashlee and according to online sentiment this week we should be losing Cedric and Shauna (though Jessi is earning bad marks all around).
After reviewing the dances that will be performed on tomorrow night’s show I have to say I’m a little worried. Not to mention, people who attended the taping last night said it was a mess of a taping. Some girl fainted, they had to re-record a good amount, and the audience was out of control. To me, that sounds like money!
The dances and choreographers are revealed after the jump.

It’s Wednesday and that means tonight is all about SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE over on Fox. While some of you might think that the dance show is live, it’s not. It’s recorded Monday nights, aired on Wednesday and then they go live on Thursday.
Before I get to the spoiler of what couples danced which routines, I wanted to bring you this treat. Please let this be the group number this week. Here’s an amazing video of Gwen Verdon doing some 60’s Bob Fosse (thanks to pheoboy for the video):
Here are the couples and their routines for Wednesday, June 20th:

I’m absolutely blown away by the season finale of LOST tonight! I just finished watching like 30 seconds ago and I still have wet eyes from its incredible sadness and can I just say… awesomeness?
I honestly didn’t know what to expect from the much hyped “show changer” and I honestly didn’t see that coming.
SPOILER ALERT
